Why does SOLO foam when I mix it?

It's normal for SOLO to foam a bit when mixed — this usually settles within a minute or two. The foam comes from the clear whey protein isolate we use. To help, we add a trace amount of a non-GMO, plant-based extract to reduce the excess foam naturally. Unlike some products that rely on synthetic additives or silicone-based agents, we're committed to keep SOLO clean, simple, and effective.

Is SOLO travel-friendly?

Where is SOLO made and is it third-party tested?

SOLO is proudly made in the USA in a GMP-certified facility. Every batch is third-party tested for purity and potency, so you know exactly what you're putting in your body.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship anywhere in the United States. International shipping is not available just yet, but we're working on it!

How long will my order take to arrive?

Most orders ship within 1–2 business days and typically arrive within 3–5 business days after that, depending on your location. You'll get a tracking number as soon as your order is fulfilled.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free on all U.S. orders of two bags or more. For smaller orders, standard shipping rates apply and are calculated at checkout.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order hasn't shipped yet, reach out to us ASAP at [hello@drinksolo.co] and we'll do our best to update or cancel it. Once it's shipped, we can't make changes — but we'll help you with a return if needed.

What is your return policy?

Because SOLO is a consumable product, we only accept returns on items that are new, unopened, and in their original sealed packaging.
