What is SOLO?

How do I use SOLO?

Mix one sachet with 12–20oz of water depending on how strong you like the flavor. Shake or stir until fully dissolved. That's it — no blender required, though a shaker bottle gives the best result.

When should I take SOLO?

SOLO is designed to work pre- or post-workout depending on your goal. The pre-workout blend and caffeine (Peach Mango) make it a strong choice 20–30 minutes before training. The protein and collagen make it equally effective post-workout for recovery. Most people take it pre- and intra-workout and adjust from there based on how they feel.

Is SOLO travel-friendly?

Yes. Each serving comes in a lightweight, sealed sachet that fits in a gym bag, desk drawer, or carry-on. No scooping, no measuring, no bulky tubs. It's the supplement you'll actually have with you when you need it.

What's the difference between Peach Mango and Strawberry Lemonade?

The formulas are identical except for one thing: Peach Mango contains 150mg of caffeine. Strawberry Lemonade is caffeine-free. Both have the same protein, creatine, collagen, electrolytes, pre-workout blend, and CoQ10. If you're sensitive to caffeine or prefer to take SOLO later in the day, go with Strawberry Lemonade.

Can I take SOLO with other supplements or medications?

Yes, SOLO can be taken alongside other supplements if you choose to do so. However, many people find they can replace their current stack with just SOLO.

For medications, we recommend consulting your healthcare provider before adding any new supplement—including SOLO—to your routine.

Is it safe to combine all these ingredients in one supplement?

We currently ship anywhere in the United States. International shipping is not available yet, but we're working on it.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Most orders ship within 1–3 business days and typically arrive within 3–5 business days, depending on your location. You'll get a tracking number as soon as your order is fulfilled.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order hasn't shipped yet, reach out to us ASAP at [hello@drinksolo.co] and we'll do our best to update or cancel it. Once it's shipped, we can't make changes — but we'll help you with a return if needed.

What is your return policy?

Because SOLO is a consumable product, we only accept returns on items that are new, unopened, and in their original sealed packaging.
