Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. 

Shipping Methods & Transit Times

We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout. Shipping times vary based on your selected method and location, but most standard U.S. orders arrive within 3–8 business days after processing.

Shipping Rates

Expedited shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, shipping method, and destination.

Free Shipping

We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. If applicable, terms will be clearly stated on our website or during checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Delivery Issues

Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. SOLO is not responsible for orders delayed or undelivered due to incorrect addresses or carrier issues. If your package is marked “delivered” but you did not receive it, we recommend checking with neighbors, front desk, and your local carrier office before contacting our support team.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or an item is missing, contact us at hello@drinksolo.co within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos if applicable. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue.

International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within the United States. We’re working on expanding our reach—stay tuned!
