Subscription Policy
SOLO offers a subscription program designed for convenience. By enrolling, you agree to recurring charges and automatic order fulfillment based on your selected delivery schedule (default: every 4 weeks).
Managing Your Subscription
You may pause, skip, reschedule, modify, or cancel your subscription at any time through your customer portal.
Cancellation is only available after a minimum commitment of two completed orders (your initial purchase plus one renewal).
Cancellation Cutoff
All changes to an upcoming order—including cancellation—must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled renewal date. If changes are not submitted before this deadline, the order will be processed as scheduled and cannot be canceled, refunded, or returned.
Reminder Email
We send a reminder email 3 days before each renewal to give you time to review, modify, or cancel your upcoming subscription. These reminders are handled by our partner platform, Appstle, and are delivered to the email address on file. Please ensure your contact information is up to date.
It is your responsibility to ensure your contact information—including email and shipping address—is accurate and up to date in your customer account. SOLO is not responsible for missed reminders, incorrect shipments, or fulfillment errors resulting from outdated or erroneous information provided by the customer.
No Returns or Refunds on Shipped Subscription Orders
Once a subscription order has been processed and shipped, it is non-refundable and non-returnable. It’s your responsibility to manage your subscription ahead of the renewal date using the tools provided.
Exceptions for Technical Errors
If a system or technology failure on our part results in an order being processed against your intended changes (such as an attempted cancellation or skip not registering), we will make it right—including issuing a full or partial refund where appropriate. We reserve the right to investigate and verify such claims.
