Return Policy
At SOLO, your satisfaction is important to us. Due to the consumable nature of our products and our commitment to quality and safety, we can only accept returns on items that are new, unopened, and in their original packaging.
If your order arrived damaged or you need to return a new, unopened product, please contact us at hello@drinksolo.co within 14 days of delivery. We’ll work quickly to make things right. Photo evidence or other documentation may be required to process your claim. Approved replacements or refunds will be issued at our sole discretion.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Additionally, approved returns may be subject to a 10% restocking fee to cover inspection, handling and repackaging costs (depending on circumstances of the return). This fee will be deducted from your refund.
SOLO is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit. If the return is not shipped back to us within 7 days of issuing the return shipping label, we will consider the item retained by the customer and no refund will be issued. Please ensure the return is dropped off promptly to avoid forfeiting your refund.

Subscription Orders
Please note that once a subscription order has been processed and shipped, it is not eligible for return. To avoid any surprises, we send a reminder email prior to each subscription renewal—giving you time to make changes, skip, or cancel your subscription before the order is placed. It is the customer’s responsibility to manage their subscription settings in advance of the scheduled shipment.
Additional Terms
- All return requests must be authorized by our support team before you send your item.
- Returns that do not meet the conditions above will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
- If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3–10 business days (depending on payment type) after we receive and inspect the returned product.
